Sigma AF 70-210mm f/2.8 APO and D30

Has anyone had experience with the compatibility of the Sigma AF 70-210mm f/2.8 APO lens and the D30.

Are there issues, can it be re-chipped?

Any info appreciated.

When I had a D30 the sigma 70-200 f/2.8 work just fine on it.

I had a Sigma 17-35 that worked fine on my D30 but only gives ERR 99 and won't work on my 10D or 20D????

Bought one for my 20D, and it works fine ... wish it had Image Stabilizing.

Both the Sigma 15-30 and 70-200 worked well with my D30 and also work well on my 20D. Maybe the 17-35 has to be rechipped by Sigma.
