When purchasing an older Canon EOS I also acquired a Quantaray flash with the camera but don't have a manual for the flash. The model number is QTB-7500A.

I know that Ritz camera carries items from Quantaray but they responded to my email saying they couldn't help.

I Google search informed me that Quantaray is distributed by "Ray Enterprises" in NY but I can't find an email address for them.

Any suggestions?

thx

Ritz still carries it. If you've got one near by wander in and express an interest in it for your camera(s). That way you can at least peek at the manual. If I'm reading wehat comes up on a Google for it, it's a TTL flash, so will only work in full manual mode on your DSLR. Worst case, buy a new Canon EOS module for it so you get the Canon-specific directions.

I had a quantaray flash for my Nikon and was able to purchase the modual from Ritz Camera to convert it to my Canon D300. It was not to my liking and i returned the modual and purchased the Canon 420EX flash.. I sold my quantaray on ebay.
