Warren W. Brandt and Webster S. Rhoads Halls, Virginia Commonwealth University's Monroe Park Campus. Brandt Hall is named for VCU's first president after the merger of Richmond Professional Institute and the Medical College of Virginia in 1969. It opened August 20th after 18 months of construction on the site of Rhoads Hall's three-story West Wing.
