help with portrait pics

i do wedding photography and have a quick question about shooting in portrait instead of landscape. currently i have an elan 7e and have a 550 flash and strobaframe. is there a way to shoot with the 10d hold it like a landscape shot but actually shoot portrait. Or does the 10d have that feature where it send to the flash wireless. just curious.

The 10D works like the Elan7 when using the 550EX.

If you want to shoot portrait you have to turn the camera body on its side (this is where the BG-ED3 is handy). Otherwise, I guess you could shoot landscape and leave room to crop portrait later.

You could use the ST-E2 transmitter for wireless flash operation with the 550EX.
