Lensmate and Hoya UV Filter sometimes make pictures blurry

Hi,

after reading several postings in this chat I ordered the LensMate and a Hoya UV filter (coated). Some of the pictures taken with the G1 and the LensMate in combination witht the Hoya UV filter are blurry.

Has anyone had the same experience?
