Even the shutter noise didn't manage to make her lose the focus. :)

No comments on this one?! This can be a strange forum, sometimes, with the lack of comments:) Beautiful captures and the exposure is spot-on, which is a great success inside a shade-filled tree. I prefer the tighter crop / capture of the second pic, but the colors in the first one are more vibrant. I'm curious how you shot an almost straight-on angle -- was the tree branch low to the ground? Thanks for sharing.

Nice shots, she's beautiful. What was she focused on?

Thanks for the comment!

@GlimmerMan: I could now brag about how I climbed the tree threatening my life and health... but to be honest, the tree branch was indeed just one meter (3 ft) over the ground. :)

The cat was focused on something I didn't see, even after traing real hard. I also haven't had the guts to wait until she finally jumped... But I was able to walk around the animal, shooting straight into her eyes, and she didn't move nor blink with the eyes. I was amazed by that focus...

cheers
