Ive had this camera for about 2 months now and i just need some pointers for some things about which lenses i need for outdoors an for what i need for best quality pictures

Based on you starting 3 threads in the same section of a site that you just joined I am going to recomend a few things:

1.Search. This site is always getting more knowledge. It is easy to find by using the seach function.
All three of your recent threads could have been answered by searching.

2.Read a book. "Understanding Exposure" and/or "Canon EOS Rebel XS/1000D Digital Field Guide" are great options for understanding how your camera and photography works.

3. Practice, practice, practice! This is the most important part. Practice on your friends, family, your car, your house,... Practice everywhere as much as possible.
