The dreaded purple fringing

I use picture window pro to remove CA from jpgs, but it's not so good on the dreaded purple fringing.

Can anyone recommend a method to get rid of it? I'm still using Photoshop 6.

I am not familiar with the technique OR CS6, but Scott Kelby describes a process in CS2 to deal with Chromatic Aberrations.

Hopefully his advice will be of help in your program.
