"Reply" different on new server

Now, when I check "Quote" I see all html tags in the quote and SEEMINGLY can't make a link in my reply, though when I preview the reply I seem to have in fact made a link.

What am I doing wrong. The only choice I can find in my profile is choice of editor -- I've chosen WYSIWYG by default. I have no idea what it was before, but I didn't encounter these problems till server change.

I'm not sure what you mean, but if you "Go Advanced" and click the top right corner icon ("aA") you can switch between WYSIWYG and BBCODE editor. AFAIK links work ok...

Just want to let you know that the software feels much nicer now and it's even Camino friendly (A Mac OS X Mozilla build). I can finally hit the quote-button and be able to type in the input window (and also be able to preview my typo's).
