Hi everyone,
This is my first post in this great forum -- I hope you can help. I have a Canon IXUS 300 (S300) and I've had great success using it with my old System 9 Macintosh. But I just upgraded to a new OSX machine, and I can't get Apple's iPhoto to download the .AVI clips I record with the camera.
I would update to the new OSX version of Canon's Image Browser software, but to do that, you need the original installation CD...and I've lost it.
Can anyone know how to make iPhoto download the AVIs off the camera? Or is there another piece of software out there that will do the trick?
I suppose I could buy a Flash card reader...but I'd rather not.
