Lightning and Dogs =)

Hey all,

I don't really post here that often, I mainly just read, read and read, trying to soak in all the knowledge found within this wondeful board of folks. Figured I would say Hello!, and share a couple of images from a weekend trip when I took my children up for a visit with the grandparents. Lemme know what ya think.

First image is from a severe storm that pushed over the area, around 2:30 AM Saturday morning. This storm was very intense, with winds in excess of 60 MPH. Much tree damage!

Great shot of the lightning. Very difficult to catch.

I love labs, we have a yellow one and three cats. The personality of the two dogs show thru. It must be difficult to try and get the exposure correct with two widely different colours on the dogs.
