Can't download videos from S230

I have a new S230 and when I try to download videos the download gets almost to the end and then stops.
I have only tried the largest video resolution.
I am using Zommbrowser EX 4.0 on Win2000.

I am using a Viking 512 MB compact flash card.

Can anyone suggest a fix for this problem?
Or maybe another way to download the pictures from the camera?

Have you tried using a cf casrd reader? or if you have a laptop, use a cf card adaptor?

Don't have one at the moment... will find a friend tomorrow with one.

Did some more research and I can download some videos but not others...

my initial thought is that the card is not fast enough...
Anyone know about Viking 512MB cf cards?
