Im over in the UK and run my own business and I saw this video. Is this all for real? Is the US that messed up?

The "Institute for Justice" is a libertarian political organization, presenting a libertarian political opinion, in that video. Politics are not a POTN topic. What they're talking about, though, are business operating permits. I'm sure you have them too.
