Printing Pictures at Costco

So, the last time I printed pictures at Costco, my pictures were cropped from the top. I printed 4x6. Is that not the aspect ratio Canon digital cameras shoot in? What went wrong?

So, the last time I printed pictures at Costco, my pictures were cropped from the top. I printed 4x6. Is that not the aspect ratio Canon digital cameras shoot in? What went wrong?

Well you get what you pay for I would say, a customer asked me to send one edited pic to his usual lab, the same company you have mentioned.
I asked him how the quality was, he replied great!
His lab was 90% cheaper than mine so I went to see the quality he was talking about.

And as I expected the quality was terrible and not even the promo pic at the location was properly cut!

I am not saying you should not use that lab, it is probably fine for 60% of shots and customers but I would not send my pics there.
