New generation flashes coming ?

I've noticed several deep discount sales on the 430 EX II and 580 EX II . Any chance Canon is about to introduce some new models ?

I don;t know what the canadian prices are but here in US I don't see anything. Here is 580exII from B&H for only $420 and that is after $25 instant rebate.
