I thought that Breeze was the proverbial bee's knees - and I'd heard that Capture One was still flakey.
Does anyone around here have experience of the two products?

I've just started using Breezebrowser and like you found it excellent. If it does everything you need why bother with anything else ?
I take photos at my karate club's courses for our website and have, in the past, manually made up thumbnails and setup pages to get the consistant feel to the site. Breezebrowser does all this for me.
It's been a great help to me.

try going here
http://216.197.110.125/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php
and then down to the covnersion threads good info there
out of the two built on the Canon SDK I think Yarc does a better job for conversionthan BB but BB has better browser features and its html features are great ;)
as far as C1 goes it is the best out there by a long shot but it isnt cheap
but it can save you a ton of time and the quality is way better than anything else out there
it is free to try out for 30 days and should be played with if you are serious about digital work it is worth it
kind of hard to say its worth it if you are not making money with photos but it can save you a ton of time if you shoot raw ;) and it supports your camera ;)
