Stroboframe Stroboflip

does anyone have any experience with this...i use the full size stroboframe when doind weddings and it gets heavy after awhile and is way too big...this thing looks nice.

I know what you mean. I have a slightly lighter weight frame that I can handle. Last weekend I was helping a friend shoot a wedding, and we used his Nikon gear (ick!). The heavy Stroboframe was too heavy for me to feel comfortable. Then he had another frame that forced me to hold it with my right hand (that is wrong for me).

I guess we will have to start doing arm exercises to get stronger. I recommend 12-ounce arm curls.
