Downloading Images

I have a Canon IXUS 330. everytime i try to download the pictures from the camera to my laptop through USB, I get the error, " File cannot be copied, either its not connected properly, the battery is low, or the files are read-only".

i know its not the first 2, as the battery has been charged for at least an hour, and it sees the pictures on the camera so it cant be the connection. How can i change the files from read-only on the camera??

It could be that your ZoomBrowser database is corrupt. To fix this, you can either goto www.powershot.com and upgrade to ZB4.0.2, or you can delete your database folder in c:\program files\canon\zoombrowser EX, then uninstall and reinstall zoombrowser, then click View and Refresh Online Registerred Folders.
