I've noticed a couple of subdirectories in my DCIM besides the EOS1DS directory containing my RAW and JPEGs. When I looked inside, I found very small files with the same name as the RAW and JPEG files but with and ending of .yuv and .yuvb. What are these?? Do I need to back them up with my images? Does photoshop need them? Can I delete them safely?

I've found the source of these odd directories and files..
They get created by my Delkin eFilm PicturePad when I transfer the images from the IBM 1GB microdrive to the
PicturePad!!
They must be used to display the images on the PicturePad's LCD and/or the TV.
They do NOT need to be archived and are NOT used by Canon nor Photoshop.
