I snapped these tonight at the State Fair. Please tell me what you think.
I may have over-exposed the elephant ears and my corndog aperture may be out of whack, but I think you'll get the idea...
I'm still learning on getting the file size correct to post them. Any advice is appreciated.

That second shot is a superior shot. The colors are awesome. Was this hand held? What was the shutter speed and apeture? Excellent work.

This was a handheld shot with my Rebel XT. I was just walking through the crowd and stopped and snapped a few.
Forgive me if I don't list these numbers properly:
ISO: 400
Aperture: f/4.0
I was kind of surprised at how the sky turned out. I remember it being darker than it appears.

Very nice captures! They seem to have a bit saturated though.

Could you clarify what you mean by "saturated." I don't know that term as it relates to photography.
