Need instructions on how to install Florabella Actions

I'm trying to install a series of actions from Florabella into a PS Elements 9 (I have a windows 7). I'm willing to pay you a fee if you can give me some clear instructions on how to do it. This is my first time installing an Action in Photoshop Elements so, I'd prefer a very easy understand guide.

Just make sure that you know which of FB's actions are supposed to go into the Effects Palette and which go into the action player. She has some of each.
