I'll be receiving my S95 in the post soon and will no doubt install CHDK on it probably the day after arrival. I know there are a number of little and big changes but the main reason I am applying CHDK is the ability to re-focus during movie mode by pressing he set button, this means that I don't have to keep stopping the film and restart recording just to get a new target in focus.
Hopefully they can implement manual focus in the future too but using the back dial, would work great for MF in my opinion.
What experience have the rest of you had with CHDK on the S95? What is the average start-up time, from off to updating firmware and getting it up and running? What pros and cons are there to this firmware?
