Photoshop Workflow Chart - Where?

I have searched the archives looking for a chart that shows whether to do color correction first then noise reduction then sharpen but can't find it.

I just need to know in a general sense what order to do things.

I know this has been discussed ad naseum but can't find this chart or list?
