Hi!

I have an A40 and I wonder How can I take beatifull images with background in blur with a shine subject with my camera. If some body could light me at this subject, how can I tune my camera to do it, if it is possible, and how? Cause I tried almost all setting I could remember with F at 2.8 and with low and fast speed shooting with macro and others sel3ect none seems todo the effect, photoshop is my last resource everytime :(

Thanks for your help.

It will depend on your depth of focus. Read your manual and get to know what the indicator lights tell you when they flash at certain times in certain colour.
When shooting in macro in manual mode you should get a green light on top that tells you you are in focus. You should then get a background blur. Remember to push your button down part way to allow the camera to fucus.

Okay, maybe I explained myself worng, what I want to do is exactly this, have a blur background with a clear subject in front.

The only way I can achieve a kind of same effect is using the camera in macro mode with a zoom to the subject and a lower F-Stop , the problem to this is, the backgrund don't get blur enough as I like and i have to be very close to the subjecto to get a clear picture from it. I want to do the same at 2,5 or more meters from the subject, with a fadding blur background of it.

If there are any acessories to the camera, lens or filterthat help to do the same effect I would like to know wich.

Thanks in advance
