Trying this again

I think it looks good, it's the framing that's a bit too tight (for me at least).

Agree, framing is ok if there are more highlites showing in the hair, especially on the right side of the picture...

I like girls photographed with soft non-directional light
here the light is too far to the side, too low and the light source too small

I like this look. It's slightly red, and at first I thought it was her makeup, but there are cosmetic benefits to the filter, if you'll excuse the pun. I think the tight crop works on this shot.

I agree with most everyone else... it's a good looking picture but I too feel unbalanced with the lighting.
