Hey Everyone,
2 buddies and myself have been looking into building a studio space in the middle of Huntington Village, NY... we've managed to find a great location, thats pretty affordable, however that being said, times are tough and were all still starting out, so at the moment were looking into if anyone would be interested in Subletting or maybe even coming in as a Forth Partner in order to alleviate some of the costs of getting this place off the ground.
1405 sq Feet, one main room with a side office that has its own entrence as well as access to the main shooting room, 12 foot ceilings at the moment, however we are going to raise the drop ceilings a bit more.
Our Business plan includes teaching Workshops, and having monthly mixers, Ala Zack Arias/ Chase Jarvis... in order to already attract new clients and skim some of the operating costs off the top... If you are Interested Please E-mail me at Brent.Eysler@me.com
