Pardon, I am to change my old/new G3 for the Eos D10, and I ask if:
I have had a bad experience with the flash strobe assist the AF system that includes the Elan 7 and now the 10 D, it is very annoying, then one can work with the assist infrared the my 550 EX?

Hi Mario,

Yes you are correct that the 10D will make use of the 550EX infared focus assist when the flash is being used.

I think you will be pleased at the 10D's lowlight AF performance compared to the D60/D30's poor focus. It is quite a bit faster and works quite well in low light conditions.
