Looks like a nice shot, but we could enjoy it a lot more if it was bigger - 600 to 800 pixels wide.

Curtis it's 1260x840 pixels, with a resolution of 180! Why is it so small?

it's 1260x840 pixels, with a resolution of 180! Why is it so small?Right clicking on the image and selecting properties reveals a size of 446 x 297 pixels.

My guess is that, even though you uploaded a larger image, photobucket displays a downsized version to save bandwidth and help prevent copyright infringements.

Nice truck!
I always resize before uploading to PB & have never had a problem with them, but some sites that resize come up with a very overcompressed pic. If you have a version of PS, you can make an Action that takes all the pain out of resizing. ;)
- and perhaps one day you will visit the Bahamas in person, you and your Canon!! :D Be careful with those loosely expressed invitations! You might end up with a POTN expedition on your doorstep when the weather gets cold up here! :D

Here's the link to the photo of it that is in my gallery - much better size for viewing! I think I'll stick to posting links rather than the photos - they aren't protected on here anyway. Oh, and Photosguy - I have no objection to POTN members lining up on my doorstep - we run a small hotel!! We could manage to put up at least 12 of you at a time!! :D
