I am looking at purchasing a new zoom for my DREb and was considering this lense. Iwas also looking at the Sigma 70-200 f2.8 but I own a sigma 28-200 f3.5-5.6 so I wanted more zoom. I am pretty new at all this so I am not looking for the greatest yet. I have seen post on the Canon 100-400 but way out of price for me now. I take pictures of the kids sports inside and out almost always in manual. Let me know what you think. Thaks for all the help.
