Chevy on Dartmore

Hi, New to the forum, I think this is a Chevy, taken on Dartmoor? Taken with a 20D, 17-85 IS, Hand held. Any comments please. MikeH

I'm one of the few that's old enough to remember when cars actually looked like that. I think that's a Chrysler 3-Window Coupe (ca. 1948 ). They were pretty rare when they were built, and I imagine they're downright scarce now. You've captured it nicely.

Oh.....welcome to the forum. Keep bringing photos like that. We love 'em.

Nice picture. Yes it is a Chrysler 1948. My father had a 1948 4 doors. Ver nice cars. It was his daily commuter till the late 80's. Thanks for sharing.

My college roommate had a 4-door back when. What a boat it was!
