G12 - My Menu settings?

I've recently purchased a G12 and enjoying not carrying my 50D around so much now.

I'd be interested in knowing what shooting functions others have included on their My menu settings.

I'm going with Flash Control, Save Settings, Spot AE and Digital Zoom.

Any other suggestions?

hmmmmmmmmm I need to read the manual again to see how that works. How did I miss that the 1st time around? Could be it was 5 in the morning Boxing Day when I read it..... :)

AF Assist Beam
IS Mode
Flash Control
ISO Auto Settings

You guys leave My Menu settings as the default view?
