I don't know the id, but this butterfly is very pretty. And, these are great shots as usual.

Nice job Gold Eagle, great composition and colors. I like the first one best, the butterfly really stands out.

It's a very nice exemplar of a Malachite. Great captures.

The first picture is really good.
Did you apply some kind of processing like the outdoors stuff in
RawShooter software ?

Thanks, glad you liked the shot, I did use one pass of USM , a 10% crop, but thats pretty much it, the colors are compliments of the butterfly.:D

Thats exactly what I thought, this one was tough to shoot, very fast and didnt know how to pose. Thanks for the kind shots.:D

Very nice! The first shot is a tough one. Lot more DOF needed than in the 2nd.

Thanks, I agree 100%, this guy did not want to pose at all, he was hungry, I'd line up the shot, and he'd move. luckily I got the second shot also.
