andy, its a beautiful child, and a cute shot. Your tones are really falling apart though. you are getting severe posterization with color shift in the shadows. not sure if its due to your jpeg compression or something with your processing. you can see it well in the hair, but also his right arm sleve, and the shadow areas. other than that, you are on to a great start.

Thank you for your feedback, you are right about the tones. I did export the picture (from a RAW) from Adobe Lightroom maybe there something in the settings.

It was a tough job to take a good picture from here because she was moving a lot :) and i forgot to take the shutter time to arround 1/80

It was a good learning process :)

great capture..the pictures seem a little soft to me but other than that it looks good
