A70 picture compression

Have just purchased an A70 great camera, love the manual features. Have a question about what picture compression people are using in the L (2048 x 1536) resolution. I understand that superfine will give the best results when cropping or enlarging images for printing. What kind of results have people had with fine or normal compression?

I just got mine and haven't had a chance to really put it to the test. I read an article by someone though that did a semi-scientific study and concluded that M2-fine was good enough. As for me, I've ordered a 256 MB card and plan to shoot everything at L-SF unless I know I can live with less resolution.
