Winter Engagement photo shoot

I'm shooting my fraternity brother and his fiance. It just snowed and they want a winter engagement shoot.

What are some ideas? I also know little experience with the snow. I know your supposed to over expose the image to make the snow white.

What are some Ideas?

I have a 24-70 2.8L and a 70-200 2.8L with a 1d mkIV.

snow looks best out of the city - fields, woods, etc... will have better cleaner snow
