1V / 10D Macro Differences

being new to digital , i'm trying to figure out what differences there are between film and digital when shooting macro photography? i have been using a canon 1V with a 100mm 2.8 lens and an MT 24 EX flash rig. i need help figuring out what settings need to be set on the 10D to give similar results. (color wise)
for instance will the WB or ISO settings make much difference?
are there any macro-digital reference articles anyone can point me to?
