shots taken with
Canon 50D, 1:125, f14, ISO 500
tell me what you think...
Overall corrections has not been made, only brightness raised +1
I usually shoot -1.
Shots taken at about 300, 400, 500,640 and 800mm to compare sharpness and magnif.

Impressive. Gives pause to buying a 600 f/4 L. The added reach is attractive and the results outstanding.

Are you sure? The shots were taken a F14. I am sure the OP isn't going to use the Sigma for flower photography. The test needs some bird shots!!!!
