My Nephew

My Nephew was asked to be in a Fresh Faces Modelling Competition where we live and he needed a quick photo of himself to use in his bio. We went out and snapped off like 10 quick shots. Here is one of the best ones.

Very nice shot. The only thing that bothers me is the heavy thin shadow on the left side of his face. To me it makes his jaw line to cheek bone look disproportianate.

I love the photo, but the expression on his face turns me off. He looks almost bored, or without emotion. Like he's trying to see you through the brightness of the sun, while at the same time trying to look natural. If he was laughing or if the picture was a bit more "relaxed", I think it would be perfect.

What a beautiful man though. I can see why he's been asked to model. He has great bone structure.

Yeah. He was not into having the pictures done. He is one of those types that just go with the flow. I don't think he understands what all the fuss is about. He gets the wonderful bone structure from his father, my brother-in-law, who is Native Canadian.

My newphew is 6'2" tall. I think he could actually do something in the business if he so desired but he is very humble and honestly couldn't care less. My sister had to force him to come out with me. I thought it was rather funny myself. I would have killed to look like that when I was his age! LOL!
