Second Model Photoshoot: Serena and Dara

Hi all, I did my second ever photoshoot with models: Serena and Dara. Comments and suggestions for improvement always welcome!

I like the last three best, but IMO a less harsh light should have been used, not on camera flash.

The last one is my pick. It looks like a promo shot for a DJ or electronic musician :)

They are all good to me. I especially like the first one. I like the angle you took of the model. That is just my preference.

Yah, definitely. It was a very overcast day and while I brought out a studio strobe the power outside wasn't working so I couldn't use it. What should I have done in this situation then? Open up the shutter a little and use a tripod?

Use higher ISO and/ or tripod. Then again, the quality of light might have been so-so... Or use off camera flash + diffuser (bounce off something?)

Number 1 is an interesting pose but her legs in the BG bother me (I know, they have to be somewhere). The rest look pretty good with the exception of the shadow in number 3. Pretty girl with terrific eyes. You've captured her well.
