For a FujiFilm Frontier 370/390.
I am using a photolab that use that machine, but can't supply one – just a print that shows how far off it is! (this is Photobox).
I would be grateful for a generic profile if there is such an animal.
Thank you in advance.

To have a more accurate profile, you need more than just the printer name. You also need to know the paper that is being used with the printer. If you know what paper is being used on this printer, you can try doing a search here for that printer/paper combo and see if you get a hit.

Thank you Leo,
Sadly not an exact hit. I am quite disappointed that it is not really close. You would think that the photo lab would be able to provide accurate colour in this digital age, but no. And they tell you to adjust your monitor to make it look like the test print they supply. I am not impressed.

This is why I wish there was a solid "governing body" of color that could certify labs as "color compliant" and or variations on the theme.
Like an Adobe certified expert. Possibly different levels of color compliancy?...
The ICC would be great, but lately with Micro$oft'$ color standard proposals and the less than wholy-accepted ICC standards this would be shaky but would atleast give a point of refference.
