I use one, a no-name brand CF Type II card. I've used it with my 30D and also Nikon D200, using Transcend 8GB SHDC Class 6 cards as backups for my CF cards.

I get about 12-14MB/sec download time...

OK, guys, here are a couple of quick tests. The macro extension tube set was an $11 (including airmail shipping from Hong Kong!) set of three tubes of various length, plus lens adapter and EOS body...
