Default LCD Screen + Other Options

I'm purchasing a 5d Mark II, but I am interested in options that will make it easier to take MACRO photos without lying in the mud.

For example I have come across this which looks ideal! Not sold here in the UK, but I could order it in I guess.

I know there are 90 degree viewerfinder attachments that might be useful.

Any other bright ideas that I haven't come across?

Thanks
