Eastern State Penitentiary

I live only a 5 min bike ride from Eastern State Pen but had never visited before. I decided to go yesterday and to say the least I had a blast. It's a great place to go if you are in the Philadelphia area, and it is cheap as well. I wasn't able to go into a lot of the restricted/100% preserved areas that are only open a few times during the year, so I will be making a visit when they are accessible.

^it is very interesting to read up on the history of it. I feel bad because I didn't even really try to learn much when going, I was more there for the pictures this visit. Like I said I live only 5 minutes away, so next time i'll take in more information and history as I explore.
