Welding the firebox of Pere Marquette #1225

Just a couple shots from the other day at work.

We are doing major boiler repairs on our largest locomotive. It weighs 400 tons, is 101ft. long, and 18ft tall.

Here is a couple shots of one of our boilermakers inside the firebox welding new rigid staybolts in.

What do you guys think?

Ahh... looks great! I'm a sucker for the industrial stuff though.
