Default Where can I get an odd shape frame (with mat) without breaking the bank

I went to local frame shops but they want almost $200 for a frame. I printed a 22" X 9" picture that I would like to Mat and Frame. My budget is under $40. Anyone have any suggestions? I woul like to use a light, natural wood for the frame. Thanks in advance

If there is a Hobby Lobby near you, they usually do framing for a very reasonable price.

Did you try googling frames?

Maybe check these prices:

I've used wooden frames from framesbymail and always been pleased.. they have an online tool, and you can make any size frame you want.

Just for the heck of it, I built a 1" Flat Top Black wooden frame with a matted 8 3/4" x 21 3/4" opening, with acid-free backing and non-glare plexiglass for $43.
