Is there anywhere I can download the manual for the 1D Mk1?

Canon USA EOS SLR Home; click on "Support" on the right side, then Product Archive. Choose your model there, then Support again, Download Library, and Product/Software Manuals (opens in a new window; you need to allow pop-ups).
