EE can't find upload folders anymore
okay here goes, yesterday i was uploading photos without problem (EE does hang sometimes while processing but thats another issue). today i log in, try to continue but EE gives the error messages that it cannot find my folders.. I doublecheck with smartFTP and my UPLOAD folder is full of images and has permission and everything. I already uploaded 4000+ photos in the last couple of months without problems and I didn't change anything as far as i know. So i try "install check" and it gives error messages on points 1 through 18 (except 13 and 14). I contacted my server (servage.net) who asks me to do a traceroute and then ping. End conclusion was that on their side everything seems to be functioning fine.. So i was wondering if someody here could help me out.

I logged in from my laptop and now everything seems to be working? duh
