Default Pi the labrador

I know I need to work on them but please take a look and over "gentle" critiques

The first three were nice shots, but a little too tight for my taste. I really liked the fourth shot.

Thank you for the critique. I like to get up close but I think I should really learn to step back from it. I can always crop.

Short of using a reflector (as simple as a piece of white foam core board) or a fill flash, no.

I have a Photoshop action that is supposed to simulate the effects of fill flash but I've found it to be rather unsatisfactory as it has a very artificial appearance.
