is there a website where i can have online proofs, but they just choose what they want and how many they want and it'll send me an email of it? maybe optional black and white, sepia, etc?

Try ExposureManager too. I just signed up today and so far I'm diggin' it. Support is AWESOME! Had a couple questions and had them all answered within a half hour. Also, I'm coming from Smugmug so they're giving me 50% off the annual fee.
