Default park bench

is this shot any good? i think there something missing but no sure what it is.

It's not that there's anything missing for me, but as soon as I opened the image I had to refresh my page to make sure it didn't load wrong. You have some kind of artifact in the center of the image that looks like a stutter. Was this image stitched together or do the layers not line up?

Try cropping some of the sky out. This will make it follow the rule of thirds. (Generally, you want the horizon on the imaginary 1/3 or 2/3 mark.)

I saw that blur LD.thought maybe it was done retouching?

It very well could be. That's why I suggested the mismatched layers. Perhaps a different treatment was applied to the lawn, and then the layer was accidentally shifted without noticing it. It happens to the rest of us
